Suspended indefinitely
Dandridge is suspended indefinitely while Memphis' team reviews a "potential issue" concerning his eligibility, according to Parth Upadhyaya of The Daily Memphian.
ANALYSIS
This is a big loss for Memphis as the team prepares for its biggest game of the 2023-24 NCAA season, a rematch from the 2023 NCAA Tournament at home against Florida Atlantic. In place of him, David Jones, Nae'Qwan Tomlin and Nick Jourdain are expected to move up a position in Memphis' starting lineup to make room for Jaykwon Walton. As for Dandridge, there has been no specification as to whether or not his suspension will last until the 2024 AAC and NCAA tournaments.
