Dedmon will sit out the remainder of the Redblacks' 2023 season because of a shoulder injury, according to AJ Jakubec of TSN 1200 Radio Ottawa.
ANALYSIS
Dedmon will finish the 2023 CFL season with 167 returning yards (88 kick and 79 punt) and -3 rushing yards across his two games. With his absence, fellow wide receivers Quan Bray and Savon Scarver are expected to receive more catches, at least until Siaosi Mariner (hamstring), Bralon Addison (undisclosed) and Shaq Evans (finger) can return. Brandin Dandridge will solely be relied on for kick and punt return duties.
