Headed for retirement

Hodges will retire from professional, the Ottawa Redblacks official account announced Friday.
ANALYSIS
Hodges will hang 'em after just his first season in the CFL with one start for the Ottawa Redblacks last year. The signal-caller briefly spent time as the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers while Ben Roethlisberger was out due to injury during the 2019 season. Hodges started one game before reverting to a backup role for the Redblacks last November and will look to continue his career outside of football going forward.
