Entering his fourth season, White has a chance to cement himself as one of the best running backs in the Sun Belt. White finished the 2022 campaign with 914 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns to go along with 217 receiving yards and one touchdown through the air. The former three-star running back will continue in his leading role, though the Eagles are a very run-heavy offense (62.8 percent of plays last season), and the departure of Gerald Green from the mix could grant White an even larger slice of the backfield pie this season. ANALYSIS
White's 2023 season ended rather unfortunately, as he went further away from 900 rushing yards instead of closer to said tally. Still, he finished the year with 889 yards and nine touchdowns, both Georgia Southern's best output from a running back this year and excellent compared to the output of an average FBS rusher. However, the fact that he received just one carry in the contest suggest he wasn't really healthy for the bowl game.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
2021 was a season with more lows than highs for White, as he was often the odd man out in a crowded running backs room. Even with the shift away from the triple option that Clay Helton’s arrival figures to bring in 2022, Georgia Southern still boasts a backfield packed with productive options. J.D. King and Gerald Green will command their touches, leaving White in a similar position to last season. With less carries to go around now that the Eagles will be incorporating the spread, waiting to see which Georgia Southern back emerges might be the best course of action.
