Texas-born Llewellyn committed to a college in his birth state. He will be tasked with a difficult challenge should Texas Tech's current commitments stand. Llewellyn joins fellow transfers Jalin Conyers and Johncarlos Miller II, both whom logged more than 400 scrimmage yards during 2023, to compete for snaps at tight end. Texas Tech did not even lose Mason Tharp, who recorded four touchdowns as one of the 2023 Red Raiders' primary TEs.
