Morrow put together another solid collegiate season at UMass this year, registering six goals and 24 assists in 37 games. It was the 21-year-old defenseman's third straight 30-point campaign, racking up a combined 94 points in 109 contests for the Minutemen. Morrow's deal will likely officially kick in next season with the blueliner finding somewhere to land in the minors on an amateur tryout -- though Carolina's lack of an AHL affiliate no doubt complicates matters.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
The Hurricanes selected Morrow with the 40th overall pick in the 2021 Entry Draft. The 19-year-old defender had a productive freshman season at UMass in 2021-22, racking up 13 goals and 33 points through 37 contests. It wouldn't be surprising to see him sign his entry-level contract with Carolina following his sophomore campaign at UMass. He's an attractive prospect in dynasty leagues.
