Available to face Manchester United

March 15, 2024
Gravenberch (ankle) trained with the group this week and will be available to face Manchester United in the FA Cup quarterfinals on Sunday, manager Jurgen Klopp told media during Friday's pre-match press conference. "Ryan trained today again, so he's ready," he said.
ANALYSIS
Gravenberch has recovered quicker than expected, and the Dutchman will offer Klopp another alternative in a depleted midfield zone. It remains to be seen if he'll be a starter to face the Red Devils, but his availability is certainly positive for a Reds team that has been hit by the injury bug quite hard in recent weeks.

Could end up in Manchester
MBayern Munich
August 30, 2023
Manchester United could have a shot at signing Gravenberch, according to Bild.
ANALYSIS
Bayern Munich want to sign a holding midfielder before the end of the transfer window and have set their sights on Scott McTominay, who doesn't figure to have a big role for Manchester United this season. Plus, this move could also allow the Old Trafford side to sign Gravenberch, who'd become expendable if Bayern end up signing another central midfielder.

Gravenberch (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's FA Cup clash against Southampton, as manager Jurgen Klopp told reporters, "What I know is that Ryan is not available, besides all the others who are not available. It's a ligament injury, could have been much worse, but bad enough for being ruled out for this game, next game. We will see. So, we need miracles with a few players, so that's why I don't want to rule out for too long."
